Returns and Exchange
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with or without an invoice within 3 months of the purchase date, merchandise returned more than 3 months after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange.
All packages should be returned prepaid, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund with the goods.
Grommet will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will however refund the shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item set was defective.
We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive, please allow 7-14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.
Paypal payments will be refunded via the service within 3 business days upon receipt of goods.
A mail check will be issued for all original credit card payments within 3 business days upon receipt of returns.
